DESIGN PLANS
We offer lots of design plans. If you are local, we also offer a design concierage service where we will work hand in hand with your contractor or one of ours from the start to completion of your project. We come and lay out all plants and design elements per the design and act as the point person between you and the contractor. We source all the plants to make sure the best ones are selected and even line up deliveries for materials. A few of our most popular designs are listed below. Foundational Design
This design is for foundational plants that are the main showcase of a homes front curb appeal. These plants are generally evergreen and/or perennials and set the stage for the rest of the landscaping. Typically one needs this design when they have just built a new home or are tearing out all the existing landscape to start over.
This design is for a full front yard foundational, garden bed, front porch refresh 3-D design. Most of our design work will fall in this category. All our designs can meet HOA requirements. Once purchased this design is yours to take to any contractor or use one of our amazing contractor referrals.
Garden Bed Design
This design is targeted toward a certain garden area that you are wanting to tackle. Might be a mailbox area, side yard, etc.
Front Porch Refresh
This design is geared towards fresh ideas for the upcoming season. You might want some container ideas or wonder what plants would emphasize your front entrance. We can show furniture settings, pots, plants, etc.
Hardscape Designs
This design is for any outdoor hardscaping need. This could be an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, patio, deck, parking pad, pool, koi pond, etc.
Includes HOA renderings for approval. Once purchased this design is yours to take to any contractor or use one of our amazing contractor referrals.
POOL DESIGNS
This is for a 2-D, 3-D, and Lighting design as well as Survey layout for HOA and permitting purposes. As with all our designs it comes with unlimited design changes and you can use your own contractor or one of our amazing referrals.
